Return & Refund Policy

We want every Ssryxnteβ„’ order to arrive as expected. If something is not right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • In its original condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, damage after delivery, or removed tags may not qualify for return.

Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once the request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, shipping information. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your purchase after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the request and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may be declined for:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Items without original tags

  • Altered or customized merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Items specifically identified as final sale at purchase

If you are unsure about an item, contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

For a different size, color, or style, the simplest option is to return the eligible original item and place a new order for the preferred version.

This helps avoid delays caused by changing inventory availability.

European Union Orders

Customers receiving eligible orders in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return a purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Returned merchandise should remain unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Refund Processing

After an authorized return arrives, it will be reviewed before the refund is issued.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
